Wednesday 8 (approx. 18:30) - Thursday 9 July (21:30): Proposed strike action is likely to cause severe disruption on London Underground services. Docklands Light Railway (DLR) services will not be affected and London City Airport station will be open. London Overground and TfL rail services are also set to run as per usual but are likely to be busier than normal. London City Airport launched a new ski microsite to provide passengers with all the information they require to book ski or snowboarding trips from London City. The site provides expert resort guides, up-to-date snow conditions and weather reports.
The site also gives users the opportunity to view the latest ski techniques with short videos on carving, moguls and free riding techniques from industry guru, Warren Smith.
