After last year’s successful self-service bag-tagging trial British Airways (BA) has officially introduced the new facility.  

Self-service bag-tagging will allow passengers to print out and tag their own baggage. The whole process has shown to take on average just 24 seconds. 

Positively received by BA passengers the service contributes to the Airport’s timesaving offering, of which London City is already one of the most efficient in the country.
