London City Airport (LCY) continues to go from strength to strength. July 2013 saw the airport break previous record set in June 2013 by recording the highest number of passengers passing through the airport.
Recent results have revealed that 328,115 passengers flew through LCY in July, a 25 per cent increase on the same period in 2012 and 12,600 more than the previous record, set in May this year.
We are delighted with recent results and pleased that both our business and leisure routes are performing well. New routes added last summer such as Aberdeen, Dresden, Kristiansand, Nuremberg, Paderborn, Rome and Venice, as well as additional frequencies to Luxembourg and Milan have all proven to be very successful.
