There have recently been some changes to the airport’s check-in area.
The self service kiosks have been rearranged and extra kiosks have been put outside to make check-in more convenient for passengers. Inside clusters of newer, faster kiosks make the best use of our limited space.
Three new remote check-in desks - and a fast bag drop – increasing the amount of desks just in time for our summer passengers.
This is all part of a larger project to improve our customer service and to make London City Airport your London airport of choice this summer.
