A new hotel shuttle service is being introduced to transport passengers from London City Airport to various Docklands hotels.
The new service, commencing 8 October 2007, will operate every thirty minutes, Monday to Friday from 0600 to 2200, Saturday from 0600 to 1300 and Sunday from 1230 to 2200.
Operated by Snowdrop Travel, the 49-seat coach will be available to all passengers travelling to Docklands hotels including Travelodge, Etap, Travel Inn, Ramada, Sunborn Yacht, Ibis, Novotel, Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, Travel Inn Canary Wharf, Four Seasons, Marriott West India Quay, Radisson Edwardian and the Hilton.
The introduction of the shuttle offers a cost effective service to passengers using London City Airport, with fares starting at only one pound.
With the vast network of hotels located in the Docklands, and an ever-increasing demand from business travellers, London City Airport’s shuttle service complements the fast and convenient Docklands Light Railway service that transfers passengers to Canary Wharf in only fifteen minutes.
