London City Airport has announced a May launch of its online training programme. Created for the business travel agent community it will provide valuable information for agents both in the UK and overseas. The programme is aimed at improving knowledge on London City Airport’s unique offerings and new initiatives.
The curriculum will be delivered over 5 modules allowing agents to complete each section at their own pace. The first 200 UK individuals to successfully complete the training programme will receive a surprise reward, and all participants will be able to download a certificate upon successful course completion.
Tricia Handley, Marketing Communications Director for London City Airport commented: “We believe we are the first UK airport to offer online training for the business travel agent, and with 2012 fast approaching it’s important to understand our location and convenience messages that has made us a popular choice for business travellers. The programme which is accessible to agents everywhere is an essential tool in promoting the Airports unique selling points.”
London City Airport is the UK's leading business airport serving over 30 destinations across the UK, Europe and the USA and connections to the rest of the world through major European hubs.
