CITYJET LAUNCHES A NEW ROUTE TO FRENCH HOLIDAY HOT SPOT AND VERY POPULAR REGION: DEAUVILLE, NORMANDY

CityJet, the airline that flies from the heart of London, today announced the launch of a new summer route to Deauville– the gateway to Normandy and one of UK’s best-loved French holiday destinations.  Starting in June, CityJet will operate four flights a week to Deauville from its hub at London City Airport becoming the first airline to offer direct flights from the UK to this popular leisure destination. 

Services will operate from 24 June 2010 until 27 September 2010 .

Prices start from £59 one way, including all taxes

 

Deauville – Normandy

Deauville is a stylish Normandy resort town that offers the perfect backdrop to a cultural city break as well as easy access to the region’s extensive beaches and historical villages and world class heritage sites such as Honfleur, Mont St. Michel, the Bayeux tapestry and the Normandy beaches.  Deauville is also home to a selection of luxurious hotels, spas, and golf courses as well as a famous racecourse and casino. And each September, Deauville becomes even more glamorous, as the annual Film Festival draws a cross-section of top Hollywood talent!
