Slot requests
Slot requests must be confirmed by fax and should contain the following information:
- Full names, date of birth, passport numbers and nationality of crew
- Full names, date of birth, passport numbers and nationality of passengers
- Complete itinerary
- Billing address
- Valid insurance certificate for aircraft.
Failure to supply this information by 1400hrs local time the day before the flight will result in the slot being cancelled.
Handling requests
Northolt Jet Centre requires the following information for handling requests:
- The full names of all passengers
- The full names of all crew
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Date of birth
