The Continuous Improvement Team in London City Airport is constantly working to improve the service delivered to our passengers throughout the airport. The focus of the department is to ensure uniquely quick processing times, minimum queues and delivery of the 20/15 Passenger Proposition.
The team is formed of a Change Management and a Capacity Planning functions, working together across all operational areas within the airport.
The Capacity Planning team uses a range of analytical in-house built tools and simulation software to understand what the airport will look like in the future and drive new projects. The Change Management team is tasked to deliver the new projects acting as an interface between the daily operations and the vision for each area in the airport.
