London City Airport Noise and Track Keeping System

Value Compensation Scheme (VCS)

Our VCS came into effect on 30 November 2015. The purpose of the VCS is to compensate owners for loss in value of undeveloped land which was affected by the change in the public safety zones for London City Airport which occurred on 15 March 2011. Claims for compensation may be made at any time up to and including 30 November 2025.

If you believe that you own (or may have previously owned) an interest in land which was affected by the change in the public safety zones and could be eligible for compensation; in the first instance please view the VCS and associated plans here referring to sections 1 to 3 to determine your eligibility.

If once viewing these documents, you think you are eligible for compensation, please write to us, addressing your letter to the Legal Affairs Manager, London City Airport Limited, City Aviation House, Royal Docks, London E16 9PX (or sending your letter by email to [email protected]). Please include all the information we ask for in section 6.1 of the VCS.
