Pret A Manger

Ground floor areas
Self-service check-in
Passengers can check in for flights with British Airways, Lufthansa, Alitalia, Luxair, and SWISS using the self-service kiosk machines in the Terminal or outside the airport entrance next to the London City Airport Docklands Light Railway station.
Self-bag tagging
Self bag tagging is available to all British Airways passengers. Visit one of the blue self-service check-in kiosks located in the Terminal or along the walkway between the airport and Docklands Light Railway station and follow the instructions. For more information click here.

BA Club Lounge
The BA Club lounge is only available to passengers travelling from London City Airport to New York JFK.
Shops
Aelia
The Aelia duty-free shop is popular with frequent city flyers and holidaymakers alike. It’s filled with fine wines, spirits, vintage champagnes, cosmetics, perfume, sweets, technology and high-fashion accessories. If you are travelling outside of the EU don’t forget to take advantage of more savings on duty-free liquor and tobacco. Ask a member of staff for more details.

Services
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the Terminal or once you have passed through Security but is permitted in the designated area outside the Terminal.
Electronic cigarettes
Passengers are not permitted to use electronic cigarettes inside the Terminal or once through Security.
Cashpoints
If you’re in a hurry, we also have several cash points (ATMs) in the airport. They accept most credit, debit, Maestro and American Express cards and you’ll be able to withdraw both Euros and Pounds Sterling. You’ll find them before and after Security, as well as in the arrivals hall.
Travelex - Bureau de Change
You don’t need to go out of your way to sort out your travel money. Whatever currency you need, simply order it online from Travelex and you can pick it up from us at London City Airport right before you fly.
Airport luggage services
London City Airport offers a left luggage service, allowing you to store bags safely until you return. To find out more and to book click here.
Transport
Drop-off area
Passengers can be dropped off on the forecourt next to the Terminal. You can’t park and wait on the forecourt next to the Terminal building and cars must not be left unattended. Please note that Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras are in use and fines will be issued. If you have reduced mobility or have special requirements please click here.

Docklands Light Railway (to London Underground)
London City Airport is easy to reach by public transport, with a fast Docklands Light Railway service linking to London’s Underground and national rail stations.
Oyster cards can be used on all forms of public transport and it’s best to purchase cards in advance. To purchase a visitor Oyster card click here.

Car hire desks are located next to the Terminal; opening hours as follows:
Monday to Friday 07.00 - 21.30
Saturday 07.00 -16.00
Sunday 10.00 -21.30
