Following a successful trial of Carousel Collection on specific British Airways routes the airline are now extending the service to all its domestic passengers travelling through London City.
The deal will continue to see Executive Club Members enjoy complimentary Carousel Collection courtesy of British Airways.
Passengers can now book the ‘on demand’ service from any device, right up until the point of ‘take-off’ safe in the knowledge that when they touch down at London City they can effortlessly leave the plane and head straight for the exit, commencing their onward journey without the distraction or delay of waiting to pick up their bags from the baggage reclaim.
AirPortr, the UK’s first airport premium luggage concierge service, pick up the bags on the passengers behalf and then ensure that they are delivered that same day, within hours, wherever needed. Carousel Collection costs £10 per booking and the standard AirPortr booking starts from £15 for the first bag and only £5 per additional bag (regardless of weight or size). In addition to receiving a 10% discount when booking the AirPortr service, the Carousel Collection fee will continue to be waived for all Executive Club customers (all tiers) when entering their membership number when booking.
