Flybe celebrate first anniversary at LCY and announce new routes

Flybe have now been operating out of LCY for a whole year, and to celebrate the occasion the Exeter-based airline provided a giant cake in the terminal and gave out free flights to a lucky few passengers.

Chief Commercial Officer Matthew Hall joined Flybe's Regional Sales Manager Paul Willoughby to cut the cake and celebrate the fantastic milestone, and a few days later it was announced that new routes to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Rennes are to begin next summer. The airline will fly to the French capital twice a day from Monday to Friday throughout the summer season, adding to our already strong French offering which includes Cityjet’s flights to Paris Orly.

Rennes in the northwest of France will get two flights a day, six days a week, between 18 July and 4 September.
