In addition, we also have the shortest average delay in the country, at just six minutes compared to an average of nine minutes. It’s a fantastic achievement and a testament to the extensive work we do to ensure that our turnaround process is industry-leading.
“Some two thirds of LCY passengers are business travellers and time is of utmost importance to them. At LCY you can go from the door of the terminal to your departure gate in 20 minutes and, on arrival, from tarmac to train in just 15 minutes. The airport’s location will also save you time – it is the only airport actually in London, with the Docklands Light Railway providing easy access to Canary Wharf, the City of London and Westminster, all in under 25 minutes.
