How do I find my lost property?

If you've lost property on a recent journey to the airport or with one of our airlines, we'll be happy to try and help reunite you.

We have partnered with Zero Burden Service and MissingX to ensure that you can search for, claim, or register your lost item.

Lost at the airport

London City Airport works with MissingX to register all property found and display it online for you to claim.

Please begin your search at www.missingx.com

Here, you will be able to see items we have found and you will be able to claim them from the list. If your item is not listed then we have yet to find it or it has not been found. In this case, please register your loss with MissingX and once found, we will contact you direct to let you know.

By searching first or registering a report online at MissingX, you are far more likely to be reunited with your property, if it is found.

We send all property to Zero Burden Service after 5 days. If you believe you lost item longer than 5 days ago, please click this link and again, search, claim or register your lost property as above.
