Find out where to get stamps from, how to post letters and the benefits of Mail and Fly.
If you need to send a letter or postcard from London City Airport, you'll find a post box before security at the front entrance by self-service check-in.
There is no post office at the airport but you can buy stamps at WHSmith in the terminal on the ground floor. Please be aware you can't post parcels using the post box, and that anything you do post may be inspected by HM customs.
Postal Services at Security - Mail&Fly
Mail and Fly service is operated by bagport UK Ltd
At bagport we understand how annoying it is when you are forced to dispose of items at security control due to the compulsory security regulations. Our Mail and Fly service means that you do not need to lose the item.
The service is located at security control and gives you, the passenger, the option to retrieve your item(s) via the Mail and Fly service. Just place your prohibited item(s) into the Mail and Fly bag, then use the individual code you have been given to retrieve the item online at www.mailandfly.com.
Mail and Fly can be inexpensive compared to disposal as only nominal service fee, along with shipping costs is chargeable. Once fees are paid your item(s) are securely packaged and forwarded to you via secure tracked courier service.
