Changing and Genral Facilities

Baby changing facilities

Baby changing facilities are available in the toilets located next to Café Nero (male and female), the accessible toilets (next to Pilots Bar & Kitchen), and by Gates 5 and 23. Changing facilities can also be found in the First Aid room in the main terminal concourse before security.

Toilets

In the terminal concourse toilets are located the far end past the check in desks to the right of the escalator Through the departures lounge toilets are located next to Pilots Bar & Kitchen, next to Café Nero, at Gate 3 (beside Pret A Manger) and next to Gates 5, 7, and 23.

Breastfeeding facilities

If you require privacy, mothers are permitted to use the First Aid room located before security. Please ask a member of the customer services team to take you there. There are also baby changing facilities available in the First Aid room.

Bottle warming facilities

The restaurants in the departures lounge are happy to provide boiling water but are unable to reheat items (food or drink). Bottle warmers are not available for use.

Children menu's

Several of our food outlets provide breakfast, lunch and dinner menus especially created for children. Children’s menus are available in Pilots Bar & Kitchen (located to the left after you pass through security). City Bar & Restaurant (located in the departure lounge before Gate 21) can offer reduced-size portions. Please ask your server for more information. A selection of food outlets offer sandwiches, pastries and salad or fruit pots ideal for children. WHSmith stock a selection of sweets, drinks and children’s magazines. High chairs

A limited number of high chairs are available for your use in each of our food outlets; please ask your server for assistance.

Pre-order at Boots.com

Baby & child essentials and over the counter medication. Boots the chemist is located in the departures lounge. Boots offer a small selection of baby products including nappies, wipes and children's over the counter medication. To avoid disappointment products such as ready-to-drink cartons of baby milk or formula can be pre-ordered online and delivered to the store ready for you to collect if you are travelling through departures. Orders can be placed at any Boots store or on www.boots.com. It is recommended you order five days in advance. All orders will be held in-store for two weeks.
